- Building social skills: Encouraging the development of healthy and lasting relationships.
- Transitioning to independence: Support for those moving out of the family home for the first time.
- Form and document assistance: Help with reading, understanding, and completing written paperwork.

- Understanding the value of community involvement and how it can positively impact daily life
- Building greater self-awareness and personal insight
- Enhancing self-care abilities and routines
- Personal coaching to strengthen emotional regulation, confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills
- Learning social expectations and appropriate behaviour across various environments
- Knowing how to seek support within the community when specialist services aren’t available
- Navigating disability in public spaces, including understanding available services and accessibility adjustments
- Connecting with community-based social activities to encourage engagement
- Exploring and supporting hobbies and interests that can be enjoyed in a community setting
